After months and hours of frustrated research I broke down and got a realtor to help me in finding a condo on the beach- complete with everything I wanted and in a reasonable price range... Not easy. Jay made the process extremely quick and easy; a whole week didn't elapse until I found, "the one." He not only found me the place, but he recommended activities to do around my area, accommodated me in the application process, AND negotiated my rental prove down. Jay Alford is the reason that we were able to buy our home! We made an offer on our home that was too low and thought we lost the house to a higher bidder.
